ABOUT ME
I am an PCC level certified executive & leadership coach who partners with high-achieving, ambitious women to help refine their authentic style and lead with confidence. My passion lies in accelerating the growth of women in leadership and supporting their advancement at all levels, ultimately working towards a systemic change in inclusivity and representation.
With 15 years of leadership experience, I bring to my coaching an ability to empathize with female leaders, understanding the unique challenges you face. My goal is to help you create your signature leadership presence while still staying true to your purpose. That is a process that takes courage, compassion and strength... and I firmly believe you don't have to do it alone.

I love being a coach. I love seeing another person grow and providing them a safe space and the tools they need to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. Creating sustainable change in how you show up at work and life is not easy , but I am honored to guide my clients through that process and help them find the answers within.
I know what it is like to be the only woman in a room of decision makers. I know what it is like to juggle a demanding career with motherhood (or any sort of life balance). I know that being a mother makes me an even better leader, as well as a more empathetic, patient and understanding person. I know what it is like to shift from being a creative, to leading creatives, to overseeing all aspects of of a company's operations. I know what it is like to make a big transition in your career and how helpful it is to have someone to help navigate that process with. I understand how difficult it is for change to happen, but I also know how to support change.
Prior to becoming a coach, I was the President and Partner of a creative advertising agency, managing top creative teams. Under my leadership the company expanded from 10 people to an award-winning agency with over 140 employees in offices in Los Angeles and London. During my time there, I discovered a different way to lead that felt more authentic to who I was as a female leader and not surprisingly, it turned out to be effective in delivering business results.

Based in Los Angeles, I am lucky to be able to work with leaders across the globe, thanks to the wonders of Zoom. Outside of work, I am a mother of 3 (4 if you count my puppy), a recovered work-aholic, a native Angeleno, a passionate fighter for social justice and an unapologetic champion for women and the rise of matriarchal values in business and in life.

I believe it is an act of rebellion to live the life we desire. I want to give other women the permission to do just that. I want you to step into your own authentic power and confidently take up space. As I said before, you don't have to do that alone.
